Reviews from parents who ordered from us. Good or bad, we publish them all.
How our reviews work
We want you to trust what you read here, so this is exactly how reviews reach this page.
Invited after delivery
We ask for your review once your order has arrived, so you can judge the toy, not just the parcel.
We publish them all
Positive or negative, every genuine review appears. We only remove spam or personal details.
Nobody is paid to review
We never pay for reviews or give discounts in return for a good one.
We answer the hard ones
We reply to every review under 4 stars and use them to fix what went wrong.
Can we use cookies?
Some cookies keep the shop working, like your basket and checkout, so they are always on. With your OK we also use cookies to see which toys people like and to show our toys in ads on Meta, TikTok and Google.
You can change your mind any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.Read our cookie policyCookie policy
